Project Background

The client has subsidiaries in multiple regions across China, generating a certain scale of IT equipment retirement and renewal demand every year.

The related equipment is mainly distributed across key regions such as Beijing, Guangdong, and Inner Mongolia, with recycling tasks involving multi-location coordination, unified execution, and information security management.

The client hoped to complete equipment recycling within the specified period while ensuring that the entire process met confidentiality, security, and standardized management requirements.

Client Pain Points

Faced with equipment disposal needs across multiple locations nationwide, the client encountered significant challenges in overall coordination, cross-regional scheduling, and standardized execution.

Inconsistent recycling schedules and execution standards across different regions could easily lead to equipment backlog and plan delays.

At the same time, the client had high requirements for recycling timeliness and hoped to achieve efficient, controllable, and replicable unified disposal nationwide while ensuring information security.

Solution

In response to the client’s multi-regional equipment recycling needs, we built a unified recycling execution system around three aspects: coverage capability, fulfillment efficiency, and standardized service.

Nationwide Layout with Precise Coverage

Relying on our nationwide service network, we focused on core regions such as North China, East China, and South China. Based on the client’s equipment distribution, we established a dedicated project coordination mechanism to ensure precise alignment with the client’s annual equipment retirement plan.

Scheduled On-Site Fulfillment and Efficient Closed-Loop Disposal

Strictly following the client’s annual recycling plan, we completed advance reporting, punctual on-site service, and rapid removal, finishing the full recycling process within the required timeframe to avoid equipment backlog and cross-regional coordination delays.

Strategic-Level Standardized Service

Dedicated coordinators were assigned to follow up throughout the entire process. Unified recycling standards, service procedures, and security specifications were implemented, forming a replicable and sustainable group-level equipment recycling management model capable of steadily undertaking nationwide recycling tasks.

Cooperation Results

Through this cooperation, the equipment recycling work of the client’s subsidiaries nationwide achieved unified control and coordinated implementation.

Equipment recycling tasks in Beijing, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, and other regions were all executed efficiently, achieving “zero backlog” overall, with 100% of the annual recycling tasks completed on schedule.

The project not only improved the client’s nationwide asset disposal efficiency, but also further strengthened unified management and execution capabilities at the group level.
